Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and REVBOX. By using the app you accept them.
1. What REVBOX does
REVBOX plays a simulated engine sound on your iPhone that responds to how you drive, using your phone’s GPS and motion sensors. The sound is entertainment; it does not measure, alter or interact with your vehicle in any way.
2. Safety first
Always keep your attention on the road. Set up the app, choose sounds and connect audio before you start driving, never while the vehicle is moving. You are solely responsible for driving safely and for complying with the traffic laws and noise regulations that apply where you drive. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you or misleads other road users.
3. REVBOX Pro
Drive mode and the full sound library require REVBOX Pro, available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are billed through your Apple Account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
4. App only, no hardware
A REVBOX Pro purchase covers features inside this app. It does not include any physical product, installation service or accessory.
5. Sounds and content
The engine sounds and other content in the app are licensed to you for personal use inside the app. You agree not to extract, copy, resell or redistribute them.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app while it distracts you from driving.
- Do not use the app to violate noise ordinances or impersonate emergency vehicles.
- Do not attempt to bypass purchase checks or interfere with our services.
7. No warranty
REVBOX is provided “as is”. GPS and motion sensing depend on your device and surroundings, and we do not warrant that the sound will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, including any consequence of distracted driving.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
